Forward bending poses are poses of surrender. Surrender to
the body, to the inner Self. the Full Forward Bend stretches the entire back of the body, tones the abdominal organs, improves
digestion, stretches the thoracic spine and intercoastal muscles of the ribs.

Shoulder Stand, nicknamed "the Queen of Poses", benefits the
entire body. It puts pressure on the thyroid gland, releasing thyroxin into the blood stream. It rests the legs and veins,
